Lemongrass Mint Tea 香茅薄荷茶

Lemongrass helps to relieve headache, migraine and muscle pain. It also helps to relieve muscle soreness, abdominal cramps and digestive problem. Addition of mint leaves further enhance the taste and give cooling and soothing effect.
Direction: Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 5 minutes. ·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times, or until light taste. Recommend to add some honey to enhance the flavor.
